Happy Birthday Daddy

For my dad's birthday today he got a house. And a blazer. This is it, our own place on Nordic Cove overlooking Liberty Bay. Across the water there's the sweet little town of Poulsbo where at night you can see the sweet twinkly lights. Its a two-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, built in 1937 with these two big decks where you can see forever. Today was cloudy but when the sun is shining you just can't believe how pretty it is. Grandpoop and dad are going to fix up the insides and then it will be worth pots of money. I am learning how to beat the system.
